For a review of the 2007 tournament - Click HereNorth Petherton will again be hosting an end of season Sevens Tournament at our Beggars Brook ground on the 10th of May 2008. Sides are usually made up from a sqaud of ten players, although clubs can enter several teams if they wish. Teams of any age or ability are welcome to enter.
Games are scheduled to last for 14 minutes in the group stages and 20 minutes in the knockout stages. The top placed teams from the groups will compete for the Cup in the knockout phases, the middle placed teams for the Plate and the bottom placed teams for the Bowl.
The entrance fee for the tournament is £20 per team (all cheques payable to NPRFC) and the entry form can be downloaded by clicking on the link below: -
As usual there will be food and drink available on the side of the pitches, and the bar will be open all day. Registration for sides begins at 10:00am on the day, with the first matches kicking off at 11:00am.
