GAMES FOR FITNESS
There will be 'Games for Fitness' sessions every Sunday morning for all Junior members from U15's downwards. Sessions will run between 10:00 & 11:30 and the emphasis of the sessions is on fun and fitness. The sessions will be run by Simon Freeman and Lloyd Williams. For more details please contact either Simon or Lloyd
July 14th / 15th - 3 Peaks Challenge
A group of 8 of us will be Walking, Climbing and Crawling the 3 Peaks in 24 Hours in aid of THE JOSH EVANS TRUST FUND www.joshevanstrustfund.org.uk.
· Ben Nevis (15.2 km 1325m climb) - 5pm Thurs 14th July
· Scafell Pike (8km 913m climb) - 3am Friday 15th July
· Snowdon (12.8km 725m climb) - 1pm Friday 15th July
