Petherton's Skipper and forward Mike Chillingworth played on the wing for the visitors, who arrived with only nine men and were lent five other players by the home side on Saturday.
Just as in their 126-0 defeat by Bridgwater Athletic the previous week, Crewkerne were plucky but poor, and Petherton would have scored many more points if their players had decided to pass rather than go it alone.
A tower of strength at No.8 was Larry Steward, two of whose sons, Lloyd and and Daniel (2) scored three tries between them, whilst his youngest son Oliver was touch judge. Another father-and-son combination was Andy and Mike Prowse, with the latter coming on as a second-row replacement at the age of 58.
The other try scorers were Chris Wand (2), Pete Woolacott (2), Sam (2), Simon (2), and Brett (3), whilst the last named players kicked five conversions between them.
